Our Refund Policy:

·       All sales are final - no refunds are available

·       The start date of your membership is the first day and time that you log into our wifi network - so your use of the membership is flexible

·       No partial use refunds can be given - your membership is time-based and once you have logged in one time, the membership is considered fulfilled

·       If you mistakenly purchase a cowork membership, and you are unable to use it, we may consider a refund, and if approved there is a 10% return fee due to our credit card provider's rules on refunded items. (refunds may be subject to a delay from the 3rd party processor)
