Signup Policy:

·       24 hour notice is required for online signups

·    If you wish to sign up in person for day use, you must do so between the hours of 10 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (except Holidays)

·       We cannot guarantee that there will be someone physically available (could be due to illness, vacation, or other reasons outside of our control)

·       For in-person signups, please contact us by phone or whatsapp first to confirm availability +52 322 321 9335

·       In-person signups will still require payment through our online payment portal - NO CASH IS ACCEPTED

Our Refund Policy:

·       All sales are final - no refunds are available

·       Please verify availability of food and beverage items prior to paying

·       The start date of your membership is the first day and time that you log into our wifi network - so your use of the membership is flexible

·       No partial use refunds can be given - your membership is time-based and once you have logged in one time, the membership is considered fulfilled

·       If you mistakenly purchase a cowork membership, and you are unable to use it, we may consider a refund, and if approved there is a 10% return fee due to our credit card provider's rules on refunded items. (refunds may be subject to a delay from the 3rd party processor)
