Thank you for your Vallarta Cowork purchase. We are Puerto Vallarta's original coworking space! Your first day of work you will need to arrive at the cowork between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm (during our staffed hours) to receive your access to the door and the wifi (see below). Self-serve arrivals after 9:00 am are possible subject to staff availability.

For Cafe Self-Serve items, you can remove the item(s) from the refrigerator corresponding to your purchase. Cafe items are paid for on our website at https://vallartacowork.com/products-list/collections/cafe. Be sure to check availability before placing your order.

For Cowork Memberships, please let us know what day and time you will begin work - Your wifi token is available from Enrique, our receptionist at the cowork space. The network name is _VALLARTA COWORK - after connecting, a provisioning page will appear where you enter your 10-digit wifi token.

The building entrance uses an August bluetooth lock. Please download the August app for your phone with the same phone number you provided at the time of your purchase. You will find your door lock invitation appears in the app for the lock "New Vallarta Cowork".
